Mr. Tedesco started his career in commercial real estate in 1973 with Gibraltar Management Co., Inc. and Empire State Construction Co, Tarrytown, NY, a commercial real estate developer and owner/manager with a portfolio of shopping centers, office buildings and apartment buildings in New York City and throughout the northeast US. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential property management, site acquisition, commercial leasing and construction.
In 1980
Mike joined Coldwell Banker, Stamford, CT (now CB Richard Ellis) and became a commercial real estate agent . He was the first agent to conclude a leasing transaction in that newly opened Stamford, CT office. He then joined Duff Associates, Greenwich, CT, a primarily residential firm and performed commercial brokerage service there before going on to William Pitt Commercial, Stamford, CT in 1984 where he was a vice president and senior broker for many years.
In 1993 Mike formed Tedesco Realty Associates, Greenwich, CT and, since, has enjoyed a long string of successes with satisfied and repeat clients and customers (see references).
Mike is a licensed broker in Connecticut, New York and Florida and, as an approved instructor, has taught the commercial investment analysis course to commercial and residential agents for the Connecticut Real Estate Academy as part of the Connecticut continuing education requirement.
Mike was raised in the Greenwich area and lives in Greenwich with his wife and son. He is President of the King Street Area Homeowner's Association, Inc., a member of the Greenwich / Westchester Task Force, a former member of the Greenwich RTM (15 years), a member of the Red Men's Club, a former member of the Central Greenwich Rotary Club and a former member of the Greenwich Public School's Program Team (12 years).
